Four local stores bringing farm fresh produce to East New York!

This fall, getting farm-fresh, chemical-free fruits and vegetables got a little easier. In addition to getting the freshest produce at our markets, East New Yorkers could find our produce at four area stores. These stores have committed to bringing you the freshest produce, and have been purchasing directly from the local farmers who supply our market since September 2010. Working with Ira Livingstone, our wholesale marketing consultant, they set up new fresh produce displays, updated their menus, and hosted raffles to promote their fresh new products. When our market opens again in June 2011, these stores will again be selling and cooking your favorite produce, straight from the farm. Please join us in support these merchants who are working towards a healthier East New York!
